I highly recommend using tracked shipping. While standard shipping might be cheaper, it offers no tracking and no security in case the package gets lost in transit. When you choose for tracked shipping however, I will reship your order if the package gets lost and can't be recovered.

Any applicable customs duties, import duties and the like are to be covered by the buyer.

Delivery:
Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. For larger orders, please make sure someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel. Orders will be shipped as one package once all items are ready to be shipped, unless otherwise notified.

Cancellations:
Any order that doesn't contain personalized or custom products can be cancelled without charge before you received a shipping confirmation. If you want to cancel your order after you received your shipping confirmation, you must follow the standard returns process which is documented in our Refund Policy .​
